Title:
NOZZLE BAR ON A DEVICE FOR GENERATING STREAMS OF LIQUID
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3665403
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and inexpensive structure comprising an upper part extending to a working breadth of belt-like fibers and a lower part fixed to the upper part in a liquid-tight manner by improving a nozzle bar provided in a device generating liquid streams for being entangled with fiber streams the belt-like fibers guided along the bar.
SOLUTION: A pressure distribution chamber 5 is continued to inside a slit 10 that is narrow by comparison with the cross section of the pressure distribution chamber 5 in a region opposing to liquid throughflow holes 9 and the slit is opened in a hole of a nozzle plate 14. The nozzle plate is uniformly loaded by a hydraulic pressure and the liquid streams to be impacted from an intermediate partition to the nozzle plate are previously made to strong eddy current so that an O-ring sealing the nozzle plate in the lower part can be changed without taking off lower part from the upper part.
