Abstract:
To provide a nozzle for conveying fuel or ash to the fluidized bed combustion furnace, capable of inhibiting the adhesion of ash and molten or caked bed materials.
The nozzle, intended for the pneumatic conveyance of fuel or flue gas-contained fly ash to a fluidized bed combustion furnace burning the object of combustion in the fluidized bed, has a conveyor pipe upper vertical part 31 opening to the lower part of the fluidized bed and a horizontal pipe 32 connecting to the vertical part 31, with the facing of the opening 33 of the horizontal pipe 32 inclined inward at a specified angle, for instance at 40°, from the vertical plane.
