Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the temperature drop of the molten metal, to reduce the air inclusion into the molten metal, to easily fill the molten metal in fine- shaped parts of a die, to reduce a cavity, and to eliminate the nozzle clogging by feeding the heat to a nozzle body through the contact with a machine nozzle, and providing a non-return valve mechanism in the nozzle body.
SOLUTION: When the die casting is started, the molten metal flows into a through hole 41i in a body part 41, a non-return ball 50 set in a tapered part 41h is moved in the direction of a nozzle tip 21, and passes through a nozzle body 11 and is filled in a product forming part of a die 22. A formed article in which a product part is integrate with a runner part is taken out by moving a movable die and opening the die 22. Because the nozzle body 11 is heated by the heat from a machine nozzle, no sprue part is formed like a conventional formed article. The molten metal is constantly filled in the nozzle body 11 by a non-return valve mechanism, and less air is included in injecting the molten metal to reduce cavities.
