Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a nozzle having a predetermined quality at a low manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: After a two-layer stainless outer cylinder 1 and a normal stainless inner cylinder 2 are formed, overlapped and connected to each other by a plurality of linear seam weld lines 3, they are set in forming metal molds 4, 5, 6, and while they are heated in a vacuum furnace, pressurized gas is supplied between the inner cylinder 2 and the outer cylinder 1 so that a cooling passage 11 is formed. Hereby, the outer cylinder 1 and the inner cylinder 2 are easily formed and the operation of the linear seam weld lines 3 can be simply executed, and also the cooling passage 11 can be formed at once by utilizing superplastic deformative two-layer stainless for the outer cylinder 1 and gas pressurizing between the outer cylinder 1 and the inner cylinder 2, therefore, a high quality nozzle can be manufactured at a low cost and within short term of works.
