Abstract:
To improve the mechanical properties such as a tension strength, etc. while assuring the corrosion resistance against nickel elusion in a nozzle plate manufactured by an electroforming using the alloy containing a palladium and a nickel.
The nozzle plate is composed of an electroformed alloy containing a palladium and a nickel and provided with a hole 12 penetrated in the thickness direction, wherein the ratio of palladium to nickel in the electroformed alloy is made to be 45:55 to 95:5. Thereby, the fatigue strength against repeated load is increased while increasing the tension strength, and the elusion of nickel is prevented.
