Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle for a plurality of fluids refining and uniforming particles of liquids in gases of the same gas volume by passing a plurality of fluids from a first mixing part to a fourth mixing part.
SOLUTION: The first mixing part is formed by arranging recessed parts in a collision plate part 8b inner face of a collision member 8. The second mixing part is formed by forming a diameter of an inner peripheral surface 11 of a cylinder part 8a of the collision member 8 substantially the same or larger than an inner diameter of an inflow port 7a of the nozzle body 7. The third mixing part is formed by arranging recessed parts 12 in a step surface 7b between two hole diameters of the nozzle body 7. The fourth mixing part is formed by providing collision faces into which the plurality of fluids from the third mixing part collide in annular jet holes 9 in positions facing the recessed parts 12 of the step surface 7b. The plurality of fluids passing from the first mixing part to the fourth mixing part are sprayed from the annular jet hole 9.
