Abstract:
To simply enable the centering of a metal case for a nozzle such as a sliding nozzle without using a special purpose machine and to improve the strength at the lower part of the nozzle.
To the nozzle body 12 for pouring molten metal, of a sliding nozzle, etc. the metal case 13 is covered from the upper end to the lower end of the nozzle body 12 so as to match the inner diameter of the lowermost part thereof almost with the outer diameter of the nozzle body 12, and mortar 14 is uniformly interposed between the nozzle body 12 and the metal case 13.
