To provide a nozzle propeller for a vessel such as an inland navigation vessel and a tugboat which can increase speed compared with a known nozzle propeller, and can intensify a pulling force of a tow rope even if an engine output is the same.

The nozzle propeller 100 is provided with a fin system and a fixing nozzle 10. A propeller 12 is installed at a shaft bearing 13 by a propeller shaft. A larger number of guide fins 17a, 18a, 19a are placed at the propeller top rotating side 28 relative to the propeller bottom rotating side 29 of the nozzle propeller 100, and/or the guide fins 17a, 18a, 19a are placed so as to comprise the asymmetric fin system.
