Abstract:
PURPOSE: To finely adjust in a high degree a feed rate of materials by means of simple work and make the maintenance and control of a nozzle inexpensive and easier.
CONSTITUTION: In the structure of a nozzle wherein a nozzle tip 4 through which materials are fed is mounted to the top end of a cylinder 1 having a screw 2 for kneading the materials in a kneading apparatus, the nozzle tip 4 is screwed into and coupled to the top end of the cylinder 1 and, by turning the nozzle tip 4, adjustment gaps S can be formed variably among the cylinder 1, the screw 2 and the nozzle tip 4.
