The vane shaft part 1a of the nozzle vane member 1 is placed on a shaft supporting recess 3a which is formed in a shaft supporting table 3 and has a semi-circular and trough shape, and is ground or abraded while a rotary holding member gripping a boss part is rotated and the circular grinding part 30a of a circular grinding member 30 is rotated, abutted and moved right and left.
