Abstract:

To provide great benefit in economy and environment by improving efficiency of a nuclear reactor plant without complicating a system and utilize various kinds of fuel from resource saving and environment protection point of view in such an efficient nuclear power plant by this combined Brayton cycle power generation system NuDBC.

At least one of the combined Brayton cycle power generation systems using nuclear heat NuDBC is a high temperature Brayton Cycle HBC capable of generating high temperature, another comprises a super critical carbon dioxide gas Brayton cycle SCBC. The high temperature Brayton cycle HBC generates power independently from other loop and conducts sensible heat to the super critical carbon dioxide gas Brayton cycle SCBC to increase whole efficiency.
