PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant monitoring support system for providing systematic support of determination by a human system.SOLUTION: A plant monitoring support system comprises: a plant monitoring server 4 storing a determination condition as to whether to issue an abnormality notification for each item of an emergency activity level; a signal processor 3 outputting various pieces of plant data; a plant database 5 storing the various pieces of plant data; a display device 7 displaying the items of the emergency activity level; an input device 8 to which at least either a human system request or a determination result is input; and a notification device 10 notifying a relevant institution of the item of the emergency activity level determined to be abnormal, the plant monitoring support system being configured such that when at least one item of the emergency activity level satisfies the determination condition to issue the abnormality notification, the plant monitoring server executes the abnormality notification by highlighting the item displayed on the display device, and provides information for causing a human system to comprehensively determine whether it is necessary to notify the relevant institution of the item by also displaying an abnormality notification factor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
