Abstract:
To provide a treatment option and a diagnosis option for pancreatic cancer in addition to conventional treatment options for pancreatic cancer comprising surgical operation, radiotherapy and chemotherapy which are effective for prolonging the survival time and/or mitigating the symptom for many patients, however, unexpectable for the cure of the cancer for major patients.
The invention provides a composition, etc., containing (a) a substance modulating the state of a protein having a specific sequence or (b) a molecule modulated by the protein to modulate the state of a cell expressing the protein.
