Abstract:
To provide a new gene 109P1D4 for the treatment or diagnosis of cancers and its encoded protein, and variants thereof.
109P1D4 exhibits tissue-specific expression in normal adult tissue, and is aberrantly expressed in specific cancers. An isolated polynucleotide encodes 109P1D4 protein, the encoded protein, a recombinant expression vector including the polynucleotide, a host cell including the expression vector, and an antibody reactive with 109P1D4 are also provided.
