To provide a nucleic acid detection device that can perform portable home detection.SOLUTION: A nucleic acid detection kit and a nucleic acid detection device include a detection chip, an electrophoresis cassette and a communication structure, the detection chip is equipped with a passage, a liquid outlet port and a first opening, both the liquid outlet port and the first opening are connected with the passage, the electrophoresis cassette has a liquid inlet port provided corresponding to the passage and a second opening provided away from the passage, the liquid outlet port communicates with the liquid inlet port, and a nucleic acid amplification product enters into the electrophoresis cassette. Both ends of the communication structure severally communicate with the first opening and the second opening so as to allow the passage to communicate with the electrophoresis cassette.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
