Abstract:
To provide a nucleic acid encoding a linked chromo/fluorescent domain, and to provide a method for using the nucleic acid.
The nucleic acid composition encodes a polypeptide product having at least two linked chromo/fluorescent domains. The protein encoded by the nucleic acid, the antibody to the protein and the transgenic cell and transgenic organism to which the nucleic acid composition is introduced are also provided. The kit for use in such applications, e.g., that including the nucleic acid composition is provided.
