To determine nucleic acid more accurately by LAMP method.SOLUTION: A nucleic acid determination method according to an embodiment is a method for determining a target nucleic acid sequence by LAMP method. The method includes: an amplification process of amplifying a target nucleic acid sequence; a detection process of detecting a first amplification product including at least one of F3 sequence, B3 sequence, F3c sequence and B3c sequence; and a determination process of determining the concentration of the target nucleic acid sequence from the detection result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
