Abstract:

PURPOSE: To facilitate the inputting work of a finishing size of a cylinder surface by imputting the basic size therefor with types and classes of the shaft or hole and by distributing pulses in response to the tool cut quantity having a deriving size for deriving this finishing size.

CONSTITUTION: A data table containing the variance quantities of a target size against a basic size is stored in a memory 12, where the combinations of types and classes of a shaft are h5, g5Wh7, g7 for each of the work size ranges A0W A12 dividing into plural ranges of a shaft diameter. An operator inputs the finishing size of the machining position C of a work W through a data input unit 13, then operates a switch SW1 to command the generation of numerical control data to a central processing unit 11, and if the data indicating the types and classes of the shaft, such as g5, h5, are contained in the input data, these data are referred to the data table to calculate the target size, based on which the numerical control data are generated.
