Abstract:

To automatically find an outline working shape by synchronously controlling a servo shaft to be driven by a servo motor and a spindle shaft to be driven by a spindle motor.

A position of the servo shaft (mechanical movable part to be driven by servo motors 17x, 17z) and a position of the spindle shaft (spindle driven by sprindle motor 19) are collected for each specified cycle at the same timing and memorized in a memory means 21. A working shape data is found by converting these memorized positional data of the servo shaft and the sprindle shaft, and a working outline shaft is displayed on a display of a personal computer 22, etc.
