Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a device which reduces a work quantity executed by a numerical control device at the time of a mechanical operation and executes at a high speed an information processing in the course of the mechanical operation, by providing a command memory for storing an execution command data of an all program portion on the post-stage of a central processing unit. CONSTITUTION:A command memory for storing an execution command data of an all program portion is provided on the post-stage of a central processing unit. For instance, a part program 1 generated by a user is read in advance into a program memory 2 through the central processing unit CPU3 by a command from a console 6, and also a moving command of one block portion and a mechanical control command are read out to a command memory 9 from a program memory 2 and stored temporarily. Subsequently, an execution block pointer is set to the command memory 9 by depressing a start switch of a mechanical operating board 8, and its contents are transferred to an interpolator 4 and a mechanical interface 7. Thereafter, a mechanical operation is started through the mechanical interface 7, also a command is sent out to a servo-mechanism 5 through the interpolator 4, and a load part is operated.
