CONSTITUTION: An operator stores a machining position in a machining position storage part 8 in advance via an input part 1, while it prestores optimized data in an optimization setting table 9. An optimization executing part 10 partitions a machining range to a specified area according to the optimized data read out of the optimization setting table 9. In addition, such a motion as reading the machining position in the partitioned area from the machining position storage part 8 and setting it is executed as to the whole area, thus a positioning range of a tool is optimized.
