Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate defeative worked object, to finely finish a cut surface and to attain easy work by always executing working at a feed speed following an instruction value while the worked object (work) is cut. CONSTITUTION:For executing work using spring tool (trench), a working pro gram and processing information are input from the screen of a CRT display 12 by a keyboard 11. Data required for work using spring tool are all stored in the RAM area of a memory 10. Data is constituted by the block joint angle of the working program 4, an F command 5, a tool tip position feed speed 6, a corner revolving speed 7, a tool offset quantity 8. CPU 9 firstly generates a working program route. A block joint is searched from the generated route, and a tool tip position feed speed is obtained when there is the joint angle.
