PURPOSE: To obtain the adequateness of machining thereafter by actually measuring the actual main spindle rotary speed and a feed shaft feed speed or the like in every predetermined time and collating the actually measured data with an NC data to be rewritten in the new NC data.
CONSTITUTION: During machining by an NC program 2, a machining condition performs an override by controlling an override means 5, the machining is performed by the machining condition a little different from an NC data. Here an actual machine tool 4 is detected for its main spindle rotary speed and a feed speed or the like in every predetermined time by a detecting means, and the actually measured data 13 is stored in a memory part 7 through a data collecting CPU 6. The CPU 6 collates the actually measured data 13, stored in memory, with the NC data 11, and the new NC machining program 15 is edited in an editing CPU 8 and stored in an NC machining program memory part 2 through a transfer CPU 1. Thus thereafter, adequate machining can be easily performed.
