Abstract:
To provide a nurse call system that allows a patient whose condition has changed suddenly in a common area to be detected at an early stage.SOLUTION: A nurse call system 100 includes: a nurse call master unit 3 installed in a nurse station for responding to a call from a patient; a corridor lamp 2 installed at an entrance of each sickroom and having unique identification information; a camera 29 mounted on the corridor lamp 2 which is capable of imaging a common area of a hospital; and a corridor lamp CPU 21 (control part) for detecting a posture or a motion of an object person in an image captured with the camera 29. Upon detection of a specific posture or a specific motion of the object person, the corridor lamp CPU 21 transmits object person information and identification information for identifying the object person to the nurse call master unit 3, and the nurse call master unit 3 notifies the object person information and the identification information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
