To use safe and sanitary water which is not rotten and does not require boiling by providing a cover having stylizing property and transparence, which is fitted at the outer side of a bag storing a vapor-sterilized liquid so as to be attachable/detachable, and grasping the bag by means of the cover at the time of usage.

A nursing bottle with the liquid 1 consists of the bag and the cover 4 for covering the bag. The cover 4 is an injection molding which is made of a styrene resin and is provided with transparence and stylizing property and the bag is formed so as to be storage-possible inside. An engagement port part 5 which is the support part of the opening flange 2A of the bag and also is an artificial nipple fitting part is formed in the upper part of the cover 4. A receiving surface 5A for receiving the opening flange 2A of the bag and a male screw part 5B are formed in the engagement port part 5. The male screw part 5B is screwed onto a female screw part which is formed on the inner surface of a ring material. and the artificial nipple is fixed to the opening flange 2A of the bag and the receiving surface 5A of the cover 4 with the ring material at the time of usage.
