This nursing care bed 1 is constituted in such a way that one half section 1B of the bed 1 on one side is made separable from the other half section and the separable half bed section 1B is divided into a seat section 10 at the central part in the longitudinal direction and a back section 11 and a lower limb section 12 on the outsides of the section 10. The back section 11 is made to be able to rise upward and the lower limb section 12 is made to be able to hang down. In addition, the half bed section 1B is made movable by attaching wheels 7 to the bottom of the section 1B.
