The nursing stand configured to hold the nursing bottle and maintain the nursing state of an infant or the like fixed includes: an arm having such a flexible structure that it can be moved and arranged in an optional 360-degree direction and angle; a ring-like nursing bottle holding part; a bonding part with the holding part for bonding the holding part rotatably to the arm; and a base part in such a structure that it can be installed at an optional place, for supporting the arm.
