To provide a welfare article such as a chair, a nursing wheelchair, or the like, and to contribute to advanced age society and the reduction of waste by develop ing technique for regenerating and diverting a seat of a used car in consideration of an industrial waste problem such that the seat of the used car is discarded because there in no use of reutilization and proper technique and such a subject that an inexpen sive and highly functional chair or wheelchair having a structure corresponding to the body state of an individual old person is required in advanced age society.

Two means are employed so that the attaching metal fittings jointed to the lower part of a front seat detached from a waste car body are removed and a pedestal 4 for preventing rearward falling is provided to the lower part of the seat. Firstly, the attaching metal fittings of the lower rails 3 of a seat slide regulation mechanism are removed by grinding, cutting and fusing and the pedestal 4 is joined to the lower rails 3 as shown in a figure 1, and in the second means, the lower rails 3 are removed and the pedestal 4 is joined to upper rails 2. The seat is stabilized with both means and the function of the seat as a chair is satisfied and the regeneration and diversion technique of the seat is developed.
