Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of the captioned device by forming the device with a pair of output shaft sockets, a wrench head, a driving unit, a torque wrench motor and a low speed motor, and a moving table. CONSTITUTION:First, an output shaft socket 1 on a nut clamping position side on the downside is advanced while holding a nut X whereas, an output shaft socket 1' on a nut feeding position side on the upside is advanced in an empty condition without holding a nut X, on a moving table 10 to advance a driving unit 6. As both output shaft sockets 1, 1' arrive at a nut clamping position and a nut feeding position respectively, the socket 1 is driven by means of a torque wrench motor 8 to screw the nut X held by it onto a clamping bolt Y and clamp it at a defined torque. At the same time, the socket 1' is fed with a nut X and a nut holding portion 12' is engaged with the form of not due to the rotation of a low speed motor 9 to hold the nut X. These operations are alternatively carried out by inverting a wrench head 3. Thus, the feeding device of the nut X is separately provided from a nut clamping device, thereby, simplifying the structure.
