Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a segmented nut capable of being promptly switched between a close position and an open position for a wide variety of uses in a facility structure and an appliance structure.SOLUTION: A nut is composed of two half shell-shaped segments 1a, 1b of the same size, both segments include female thread segments 2a, 2b inside thereof, and disposed operably in a direction to be close to each other before reaching a close position, and further means 15 for keeping the close position of both segments is disposed. An operating device 20 directly operable by a hand, is movably disposed on at least one of both segments to release the close position.
