Abstract:
PURPOSE:To certainly make a bush for a aluminum wheel adhere to a nut seat, by providing a groove in the circumferential direction on a neck part, and pressing a nut seat bush provided with many streak grooves in the longitudinal direction on a barrel part, into the nut seat provided in the hub bolt hole of a aluminum wheel, thereby plastically deforming the nut seat. CONSTITUTION:A bush 1 if formed into a hollow-shape by use of a high rigid material such as iron or the like, and a nut seat 2 with a spherical surface or taper-shaped surface is provided on the inner circumferential face of a head part, and a barrel part 3, being engaged into a hub bolt hole 10 provided on the disc 8 of a aluminum wheel, is provided on the lower part. Also a groove 6 in the circumferential direction is provided on a neck part 5 movable from the head part of the bush 1 to the barrel part 3, and many streak grooves facing in the longitudinal direction are provided on the outer circumferential surface of the barrel part 3 at equal intervals. And the bush 1 is pressed in the hub bolt hole 10, thereby the excessive thickness of a nut seat 9 in the disc 8 is bitten into the groove of the bush 1 and the streak groove 7, respectively, so that the bush 1 is made to adhere certainly to the nut seat 9.
