Abstract:
To provide a nut which is expanded in an inside diameter of a nut segment when moving a bolt in both directions of a bolt push-in direction and a bolt withdrawal direction without rotating the bolt and the nut.SOLUTION: A nut includes: a pair of nut main bodies which have a plurality of partitions arranged with prescribed intervals in a peripheral direction in hollow cylindrical holding means, and a plurality of nut segment accommodation parts formed into partitioning shapes by the partitions, and which are arranged so that the nut segment accommodation parts oppose each other in a vertical direction; guide parts which are formed at side wall parts of the partitions in radial directions; a plurality of nut segments which have guided parts engaged with the guide parts, and which are slidably accommodated in the plurality of nut segment accommodation parts along the guide parts; connecting means for connecting the plurality of nut segments so that the plurality of nut segments move in the radial directions in conjunction with one another; and energization means for energizing the plurality of nut segments in a direction in which the segments are separated from one another. The guide parts are inclined at an angle so as to be substantially the same with an angle of a screw thread of a bolt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
