Abstract:
To provide a nutritional composition containing DHA, which is expected to increase a survival rate of fries if sufficient DHA is supplied to the fries, and as a result, to decrease the cost of marine product food cultured in a farm.
A particulate substance is prepared by drying a slurry containing a polar lipid extract from microorganisms containing docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and microorganisms containing arachidonic acid (ARA). The particulate substance contains phospholipid having a DHA residue and an ARA residue.
