Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nutritive processed food capable of satisfying required amounts of nutrition decided by ages, sexes and operations of light work and heavy labor, preventing the deterioration of each nutrient and standing long-term preservation and to provide a method for producing the food.
SOLUTION: This nutritive processed food 9 comprises a baked component obtained by mixing various kinds of food materials having fixed nutrition amounts, forming and baking and an unbaked part obtained by coating a vitamin mixture, a fatty acid mixture and an extender with an airtight edible covering material. The food comprises two baked parts 1 and 1' as shell parts and one unbaked part 7 as an inner packed part and is produced by inserting the unbaked part 7 into a recessed part formed on the two baked parts 1 and 1' and piling and sticking the baked parts 1 and 1' so as to pack the unbaked part in them.
