An optical unit driving circuit, which moves an optical unit 18 according to the operated state of a touch panel, is connected to an optical unit control section, and the optical unit 18 is moved in the direction instructed from the touch panel, by driving a horizontal moving means which moves the unit 18 in the horizontal direction and an elevation-angle moving means, which moves the unit 18 in the direction of elevation angle by means of the optical unit driving circuit under the control of the optical unit control section. Namely, the optical unit 18 is moved to a position so that the position becomes the center of the unit 18 by touching the position on the touch panel, while the picture presently photographed by the unit 18 is displayed on a touch panel liquid crystal monitor 24.
