To provide an observation auxiliary tool which can be easily attached to an objective optical system for observing experimental small animals such as mice while they are living and with which a liquid can be simultaneously supplied and recovered.
The observation auxiliary tool 40 detachably attached to the outer surface of an objective unit 22 for observing the inside of a living body A has a liquid supplying path 41 for leading the liquid 38 into the vicinity of an observing site of the inside of a living body A, a liquid suction tubular path 31 for sucking a mixed liquid 39 comprising the liquid led to the vicinity of the observing site by the liquid supplying path 41 and a body liquid in the vicinity of the observing site, and an attaching means for attaching the liquid supplying path 41 and the liquid suction tubular path 31 to the outer surface of the objective unit 22.
