To provide a training apparatus for recovering/improving the sight, capable of training the internal ocular muscle (ciliary muscle), external ocular muscle (superior/inferior rectus muscles, medial/lateral rectus muscles and superior/inferior oblique muscles), and allowing a user to easily use the device whenever the user likes at home, etc. without relation between a patient and an examiner.

The training apparatus has an indicator to be reciprocated by a motor, disposed on a guide bar. The guide bar is supported by a member, which rotates by 90 degrees within a horizontal plane, to oscillate within a vertical plane. The user can train the ocular muscles in the left/right horizontal directions, in the direction from the diagonally upper right to the diagonally lower left, in the direction from the diagonally upper left to the diagonally lower right, and in the upper/lower directions of the eyes; and further in the far and near directions by holding the guide bar by one hand and following the indicator moving in the longitudinal direction of the guide bar from an end of the guide bar. Furthermore, the device has a portable shape, so that the device can be used anytime at home or office.
