The tap coefficient of the adaptive equalizing filter (1) is controlled by the difference (13) signal of a signal obtained by IFFT-processing (8) an extracted (4) pilot signal at a post-stage from the FFT circuit (3), and a signal obtained by IFFT-processing (11) a transmission pilot signal previously stored (10) in the receiving apparatus.
