To provide office furniture employing a transmission visibility control panel, which uses a difference in the visibility of targets observed through the transmission visibility control panel having different aperture conditions to create an area environment optimum for different application scenes such as business, meeting and rest, with improved business efficiency and relaxed resting time.
In a translucent panel, a plurality of translucent portions in a predetermined size are formed regularly or irregularly in a panel body with an aperture ratio of 40 to 60%, making the other portion of the panel body non-translucent. The maximum size or the minimum size of the translucent portion or non-translucent portion is set within a predetermined range, and the transmission visibility control panel with a recognizing degree adjusted to recognize a visual target on the opposite side through the panel is assembled with office furniture to create a space suitable for an application scene. The translucent portions are formed of apertures, with the maximum aperture size being set to either one of these three ranges; (small aperture) 1 to 3 mm, (middle aperture) 4 to 9 mm and (large aperture) 10 to 150 mm.
