To cancel a faulty part in an office system by providing tables which is commonly used by means of plural persons in a room, disposing office fixtures forming a wagon containing space and plural exclusive mail boxes in positions separated from the table and providing the display parts of the respective persons for private use in the wagons and the mail boxes.

The four square tables 1, one semicircular table 1a and chairs 2 are commonly combined so as to form a large table in the room and an auxiliary table 1b on which a printer 3 is placed is arranged in its one end. Moreover, the office fixtures 6 forming the wagon containing space are arranged at the positions separated from the respective tables 1, 1a and 1b in order to neatly contain the individual wagons in parallel, where the display parts of the six members of the staff for private use are arranged in accordance with the number of the chairs 2. Besides, the office fixtures 8 having the six mail boxes where the display parts for the six members for private use are arranged are installed at the positions separated from the respective tables 1, 1a and 1b.
