Abstract:
To remove foreign matter sticking on an original fabric in offset printing.
A desired image is offset on one surface of an original fabric (1) by passing the original fabric (1) between blanket cylinders (2) and impression cylinders (5) of a plurality of printing units. A first printing unit is used as a unit for foreign matter removal, which sticks foreign matter (a) on the original fabric (1) onto a blanket (2a) of a blanket cylinder (2) while pressing the blanket cylinder (2) and impression cylinder (5) against the original fabric (1) after separating a plate cylinder (3) from the blanket cylinder (2), and then sends the original fabric (1) to a next printing unit (8b) to print an image.
