To provide an offset printing press capable of providing a high definition display panel without installing a heating means and a cooling means, and a manufacturing method of a display panel.
The offset printing press has a printing plate 1, a cylindrical blanket 2 which receives an ink pattern from the printing plate and a drying means 3 placed in a location facing the outer periphery surface of the blanket, and the offset printing press transfers the ink pattern received by the blanket to the glass plate. Also, the drying means has a drying means body equipped with a cover component of a tabular shape which is a curvature formed in a shape of a circular arc along the outer periphery surface of the blanket, an air supply means which is connected to the drying means body and circulates air between the cover component and the blanket, and a suction means 6 which sucks air ejected from the drying means body.
