PURPOSE: To provide an offset rotary press capable of facilitating the operation of contacting and separating each blanket cylinder, form cylinder, inking device. and dampening water device against each corresponding press cylinder, blanket cylinder, and form cylinder, and also capable of rapidly replacing the blanket or form plate without requirement of relatively much time in the replacing work of the blanket or form plate.

CONSTITUTION: The offset rotary press 14a has a press cylinder 30, blanket cylinder 32, form cylinder 34, inking device 36 and a dampening water device 38. The blanket cylinder, form cylinder, inking device and dampening device are arranged beneath the press cylinder. The blanket cylinder can be selectively brought in contact and separation with respect to the press cylinder. and the form cylinder can be selectively in contact and separation with respect to the blanket cylinder, and the inking device and dampening device can also be selective brought in contact and separation with respect to the form cylinder.
