Abstract:
To provide an offshore structure capable of reducing adverse influence affecting the offshore structure by wind.
This offshore structure 20 has a plurality of columns 2a and 2b erected on the water bottom, and having an upper end part projected on a water level W.L., and at least one plate-like base 3 installed in the upper end part of these columns 2a and 2b, and is formed by arranging a downward space Sd between the water level W.L. and an under surface 3b of the base 3, and is characterized by arranging at least one base weight increasing/ decreasing means 21 capable of increasing/decreasing weight of the base 3 itself on the base 3.
