Abstract:
To prepare a W/O/W oil adjuvant vaccine capable of exhibiting high adjuvant effects, also reducing the side effects such as a local response, having reduced viscosity and excellent in operability and stability in medication by allowing an outer water phase to include a polyethylene glycol derivative having a specific molecular weight.
This W/O/W oil adjuvant vaccine is characterized in that the outer water phase contains 0.5-20 wt.% polyethylene glycol derivative having 400-20,000 molecular weight, and the inner water phase contains an effective amount of a biologically acceptable antigen.
