Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an excellent oil-base ballpoint ink compsn. which has an improved capability of following high-speed writing and is free from bleeding and plopping down without detriment to properties such as feeling in writing, easiness at the biginning of writing, and good written lines.
CONSTITUTION: A stringiness-imparting resin comprising polyvinylpyrrolidone having a wt. average mol.wt. of 2,000,000 or higher is added to an oil-base ballpoint ink at least contg. a colorant, a binder resin, and an org. solvent.
