Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oily lubricant having excellent thermal stability and film forming properties. SOLUTION: This oily lubricant 1 is supplied to a high-temperature mold at a temp. of 300-600 deg.C for subjecting a material of a high-hardness matelial to hot extrusion forging. The oily lubricant is characterized by comprising 25-35 pts.wt. of a solid lubricant, 5-15 pts.wt. of a nonionic surfactant and 15-25 pts.wt. of a modified silicone oil in 100 pts.wt. of the oily lubricant.
