Abstract:
To provide an oil composition for mix powder that has excellent dispersibility in mix powder, has a reduced amount of trans fatty acid and good melt-in-the-mouth feeling as a final product.SOLUTION: An oil composition is predominantly composed of a palm oil that is an unhydrogenated oil, with the mass ratio of PPO/POP (P: palmitic acid and O: oleic acid) being 0.7 or less, and the UUU triglyceride content (U: unsaturated fatty acid) being 10 mass% or more relative to the total mass of the oil composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None
