Abstract:
To provide (i) an oil and fat composition for roll-in having good glutinousness or extensibility, and (ii) an oil and fat composition for roll-in with suppressing deterioration such as granulation or roughness with time.SOLUTION: There is provided an oil and fat composition for roll-in in which an oil phase in the oil and fat composition satisfies following conditions (1) to (3), and the oil and fat composition has a property of a condition (4). (1) Content of lauric acid residue in a fatty acid composition of the oil phase is 2.0 to 10.0 mass%. (2) a mass ratio of the lauric acid residue (L) based on 1 pts.mass of palmitic acid residue (P) in the fatty acid composition of the oil phase (L/P) is 0.07 to 0.30. (3) content of tri-lauroyl glycerol in the oil phase is 2.5 mass% or less. (4) hardness per solid fat content (SFC) during 15°C adjusted temperature of the composition (unit:gf/cm%) is 30 to 100.SELECTED DRAWING: None
