Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fat-containing rayon fiber soft to the skin, its manufacturing method and a fiber structure in which the fat even having a melting point higher than or equal to 20°C can be mixed stably and directly without deteriorating viscose and can be micro-dispersed in cellulose which composes the rayon fiber.SOLUTION: In the fat-containing rayon fiber, fat is mixed in the rayon fiber. The fat comprises at least one fatty acid component selected from fatty acids and their glycerin esters and is solid at 20°C. The cellulose and fat in the rayon fiber are in non-compatible state and the fat is micro-dispersed in the cellulose. The fiber structure comprises the fat-containing rayon fiber which can be manufactured using viscose liquid for spinning prepared by adding emulsion to the viscose stock. The emulsion is prepared by adding an emulsifier having different HLB to the fat which comprises the fatty acid component and is solid at 20°C.
